The application is owned by UNTRR –The National Union of Road Hauliers from Romania is an independent, apolitical non-governmental professional and employers organization was founded in 1990 on democratic principles.
UNTRR promotes and defends hauliers interests both domestically and internationally. Since its foundation, it has registered more than 13,000 members, i.e. operators who perform domestic and international haulage and passenger transport.
